Hi lovelies! What does taking care of your body mean to you? I recently discovered @thebodybook by @camerondiaz, and my philosophy is very similar do Cameron’s: eating whole foods with love, moving with ease, and staying generally positive. Inspired by her tips on food, I created this wholesome anti-inflammatory #rawvegan smoothie bowl with @pitayaplus dragonfruit, strawberries, spinach, soaked steel cut oats and flax seed. Full of healthy protein, fiber, antioxidants, beta-carotene, and healthy omega-3 fatty acids for glowing skin. Home-made 3 ingredient blueberry jam!
- 1c frozen blueberries
- 1t honey
- 1 1/2 chia seeds
Combine blueberries and honey in a small saucepan and cook on a med-high heat until berries can be mashed (around 5 mins). Mash the berries until all the juices are released and add chia seeds and stir until it has thickened. Cool and refrigerate.

Who loves chia pudding? 🙋🙋🙋 I soaked 1/2 cup steel cut oats with 2 tablespoons of chia seeds in water overnight, then served it with macadamia nuts, bee pollen, raw honey and raspberries. 3 ripe bananas
1/2 cup raw cocoa
1/4 cup raw cacao nibs
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
3 tbsp flax seed
1 cup buckwheat flour
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/4 cup coconut oil
1 tbsp chia seeds
Optional superfood kick: 2 tbsp mesquite, 2 tbsp baobab
Pour into a baking dish lightly greased with coconut oil. Bake at 350F/180C for 40-60 mins.
Cut up into squares, drizzle with goji berries, and enjoy as a snack of dessert 👌#breakfastcriminals
